Terms and Conditions

The purchase of products in E-Commerce at B2B Multimoto Motor Portugal is subject to the following terms and conditions:
  • 1. Purpose

    1.1 The present General Terms and Conditions in effect are intended, to the order form and its elements, to regulate the terms and conditions that will govern the provision of the Service on B2B Multimoto.

    1.2 The purchase of any product on B2B Multimoto implies the acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

    1.3 The access to B2B Multimoto is free of charge and require prior registration of the user.

    1.4 The purchase on B2B Multimoto is only allowed for entities legally registered in the professional field of motorcycle sales and repair.

  • 2. Product Information, Prices and Contents

    2.1 Multimoto reserves the right to modify, without prior notice and at any time, the information, documents and commercial offers published.

    2.2 The images that illustrate each product in B2B Multimoto may differ from the product subsequently delivered, and in some situations a generic image is presented.

    2.3 The articles for sale in the online store are subject to existing stock and orders will be processed on a first come, first served basis. In case of definitive stock rupture, the customer will be duly warned, being suggested an alternative of products with similar characteristics, whenever possible.

    2.4 Under the Portuguese legislation, the prices of the products are indicated in € (euros). VAT, ecovalor and shipping costs are not included in the prices shown.

    2.5 Promotions made in the online store may not be applied in Multimoto's physical store.

  • 3. Orders and Payments

    3.1 With the session initiated, the user can place order following all the steps described in the cart so that the order is finalized successfully.

    3.2 It is the responsibility of the customer to check all products and quantities added to the cart before submitting the order; once submitted the change or cancellation of the order relates to its status and should be requested through the emails presented.

    3.3 After order confirmation, an e-mail will be sent to the registered contact address with all order details. If the customer does not receive the order confirmation e-mail, he is requested to contact Multimoto through the contacts presented.

    3.3 Multimoto will process orders submitted according to availability, given the order of arrival and the payment conditions of each customer.

    3.4 In the situation of advance payment, a proforma invoice will be sent by e-mail for payment within 3 business days. If this deadline is exceeded Multimoto is in the right to cancel the order without any prior notice.

    3.5 In situations of payment by bank transfer, the proof should be sent in response to the proforma invoice e-mail.

    3.6 Payments are received in euros, regardless of the currency in which the transaction is made. Conversion rates for payments in other currencies will have to be borne by the customer.

    3.7 Under no circumstances is it viable to keep orders waiting for pending material or scheduled dates for shipment, Multimoto is entitled to ship the order on the date of its execution.

  • 4. Backorders

    4.1 After receiving and processing orders, any product impossible to supply will automatically remain in backorder for the customer.

    4.2 It is the customer's responsibility to manage his backorder products, and he may request their cancellation through the emails provided.

    4.3 The cancellation must be executed within a maximum of 24 hours after the order, in order to avoid surpluses in our stocks. If the order is placed after the stipulated period Multimoto is entitled to refuse it.

    4.4 All backorder parts and accessories will be shipped as soon as the stock is restored in our warehouse and will be shipped with freight costs.

  • 6. Delivery

    6.1 Orders will be shipped according to Multimoto warehouse availability.

    6.2 The delivery of orders will be made to the address indicated by the customer when opening the customer file in our services and according to the delivery schedules of the shipping company.

    6.3 As the transport service is contracted to a company, possible delays in deliveries cannot be solved by Multimoto, not being possible, in such cases, to guarantee exact delivery times.

    6.4 If for any reason the customer is not available to receive the order, the second delivery attempt will be subsequently charged to the customer's account.

    6.5 All products shipped by Multimoto must be checked upon delivery. If the packaging shows any visible damage, the note should be left in the delivery record of the carrier and immediately inform Multimoto through the e-mail presented.

    6.6 If within a maximum period of 24 hours after delivery, the customer verifies that any of the articles is not in conformity, the customer is requested to immediately register a new RMA on the Multimoto platform with all the necessary information, attaching images of the product and packaging as received, so that the situation can be resolved as soon as possible.

  • 7. Returns

    7.1 All returns must be previously registered in B2B and must await a response from Multimoto service;

    7.2 The maximum deadline for returns is 8 days, counting from the delivery date and provided they are duly justified;

    7.3 Will only be accept returns of material that is inside the original packaging and in perfect condition;

    7.4 Returns must be accompanied by the return document obtained through B2B and the return number must be visible on the outside of the box;

    7.5 If the return is motivated by an error of our services, Multimoto will be responsible for collecting the material at the customer's address;

    7.6 If the return is the responsibility of the customer and by situations unrelated to Multimoto, we will proceed to a 10% devaluation of the material for administrative costs and handling;

    7.7 Returns of batteries, light bulbs, components and electric or electronic equipment are not accepted;

    7.8 Returns of campaign/promotion items are not accepted.

    7.9 Multimoto is not responsible for deficiencies arising from incorrect use, negligence, insufficient packaging and poor storage conditions by the Customer.

    7.10 Any return that does not respect the points previously mentioned will be returned to the customer together with a future order or sent with freight costs at the customer's expense.

  • 8. Update

    The present general conditions of online sale may be changed without prior notice, and should therefore be consulted before any order is placed.
